Answer: The Pro version is unlimited in functions. Click “Upgrade Now” to purchase the full version for Windows or Mac. You will receive a registration key and a download link of the full version once your order is successfully placed. 2. What is difference between the free version and the pro version?

Answer: Both versions are able to scan and preview all types of files from your iOS device for free. However, the free trial is limited in some functions. Users would have to upgrade to the Pro version first if they want the full functions.

3. I have not received my registration key yet. When will I receive it?

Answer: Once your order has been validated, the registration key will be sent to the email address you used to place your order automatically within an hour. If you have not receive the registration email more than an hour, please contact us at support@gihosoft.com. We will deal with it as soon as possible.

4. What to do if the registration code is invalid?

Answer: Please note that there is no space before or after the license code and it is case sensitive. Copy and Paste is recommended. Meanwhile, keep your computer connected to the Internet.
